Monthly Visit Guidelines

  • Provide monthly visits for assisted living patients.
  • Ensure a minimum of one monthly visit for non-skilled patients.
  • Offer 24-hour coverage, seven days a week.
  • Conduct interim visits as needed.

If a new symptom or ailment arises, please contact us. The examination for the new illness can be brief or more detailed, depending on your concerns and the provider's findings.
