Originally from Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Dr. Rosado brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role at Bliss Specialty Healthcare.
Her journey in medicine began at Bayamón Central University, where she earned a Pre-Medicine minor in 2001, followed by five years as a certified Paramedic in Pre-Hospital Medicine.
In 2007, Dr. Rosado completed her Doctorate at San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, launching a career that now spans over 15 years in Primary Care and Preventive Medicine.
With a deep passion for teaching and critical care, she specializes in supporting patients with End-Stage Renal Disease, delivering expert, patient-centered care.
After relocating to the United States in 2015, Dr. Rosado spent seven years serving at the Veterans Health Administration, providing compassionate and skilled care to our nation’s heroes.
Now a vital part of Bliss Specialty Healthcare, Dr. Rosado continues to exemplify excellence and empathy, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care.
Dr. Francisco Cruz, MD
Dr. Francisco U. Cruz is a board-certified Addiction Psychiatrist with a specialized focus on the mental health needs of the geriatric population. At Bliss Specialty Healthcare Group, Dr. Cruz provides expert psychiatric care for older adults, addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, dementia-related behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. His compassionate and individualized approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive mental health support tailored to their unique needs.
Dr. Cruz plays a key role in clinical leadership by supervising Bliss Specialty Healthcare Group’s psychiatric nurse practitioner (NP). Through his mentorship and oversight, he ensures that psychiatric services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. His collaboration with the Nurse Practitioners enhances the practice’s ability to provide accessible and well-coordinated mental health care for homebound and office-based patients alike.
